Personal: I am a husband, dad to 3 kids, foster dad to 19 and counting (not all at once…), follower of Jesus Christ, avid reader and thinker (though my mind seems to be dulling due to the sleep deprivation that comes with having kids). I love photography, taught myself how to play guitar in 1983 after discovering Neil Young’s Live Rust album (bought my Martin in 1989 and it sounds better each year!), and I would sail every day except for the fact that Arizona isn’t the best place for sailing…. While I am interested in economics and originally started this blog to dialogue about professional issues, I realize the eternal futility of such a simplistic topic.
